Melissa Portilla


Melissa is a service and product designer who has been working at BIT France since 2021. She’s is leading a programme at BIT France to integrate design and behavioural science methods, in addition to managing projects to provide access to public services and culture for young or remote audiences.

Melissa graduated from Ensci les Ateliers and Sorbonne University (UPMC).  She uses design methods to create behavioural interventions ranging from training to behavioural change support through the design of artefacts, such as services, interfaces or products.
She is also a trainer at ENSCI-les Ateliers (Master innovation by Design), and Sciences Po (Incubateur des Politiques Publiques).
