Laura Zatz

Senior Advisor, Health

Laura Zatz is a Senior Advisor at BIT Americas. Her work focuses on applying behavioral insights to improve policies and programs in the domains of public health, nutrition, and environmental sustainability.

Previously, Laura worked at the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service where she oversaw contracts and grants evaluating federal nutrition programs. At the Bipartisan Policy Center, Laura worked for former U.S. Secretaries of Agriculture and Health and Human Services to analyze and advance healthy eating and active living policies. At the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she specialized in qualitative and quantitative research for health care and non-profit clients.

Laura holds a ScD in Social & Behavioral Sciences and Nutrition from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a MPH in Health Policy and Administration from the Yale School of Public Health, and a BA in Environmental Studies and Political Science from Yale College.
