Sebastian Salomon-Ballada

Sebastian is passionate about social policies as conduits for opportunity and self-actualization. He believes people understand their needs and possibilities better than outsiders ever will and enjoys reflecting on how others think, act, and the processes by which they rationalize their behaviours.
Before joining BIT, Sebastian worked on a variety of education, development, environment, finance, and competition matters across the academic, non-profit, and private sectors. He holds an MPA from Brown University with a focus on evidence-driven policy and a BA from the University of Toronto with majors in Sociology and Political Science and a minor in Psychology.
