Tim Ramsey

Tim is a Principal Advisor in the International Team, overseeing BIT’s work in the Middle East and North Africa. He has 8 years experience of running complex projects in the UK and overseas, including in behavioural science and qualitative research. Before joining BIT, Tim was the Founder and Chief Executive of an education non-profit, overseeing programmes that have reached around 3 million young people. In 2021, he was awarded an MBE for services to education and equality.

Tim has a Double First in Classics and Arabic from the University of Oxford, an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master’s degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar.
