Alice est Conseillère Principale au BIT France où elle dirige les projets en santé et bien-être. Depuis son arrivée au BIT en 2021, elle a travaillé sur des sujets tels que : l’activité physique, la nutrition, le sevrage tabagique, le dépistage du cancer, la santé prénatale, la santé mentale, les compétences psychosociales, auprès de clients tels que : le Ministère de la Santé, les ARS, Santé publique France, l’Assurance Maladie.
Avant de rejoindre le BIT, elle a travaillé en tant qu’ Associée Senior au Busara Center for Behavioral Economics au Kenya où elle a dirigé plusieurs projets de recherche et de renforcement des capacités dans les pays d’Afrique de l’Est et de l’Ouest, appliquant les sciences comportementales aux programmes de développement en santé, éducation et gouvernance. Avant cela, Alice a occupé divers postes de recherche en Amérique, en Europe et en Asie pour l’UNICEF et l’OCDE, dans les domaines de l’économie du bien-être, de l’innovation dans l’éducation et de la protection de l’enfance.
Alice est titulaire d’une licence en neurosciences et sciences cognitives de l’Université McGill (Canada) et d’une maîtrise en politiques publiques et affaires internationales de Sciences Po Paris.
Alice is a Principal Advisor at BIT France, where she leads the Health and Well-Being portfolio. Since joining BIT in 2021, she has worked on topics such as physical activity, nutrition, smoking cessation, cancer screening, prenatal health, mental health and socio-emotional skills, for clients including the French Ministry of Health, Regional health agency, and Public Health France.
Before joining BIT, she worked as a Senior Associate at the Busara Center for Behavioural Economics in Kenya where she led large-scale research and capacity building projects in East and West African countries, applying behavioural insights to health, education and governance programmes. Prior to that, Alice worked in various research positions across America, Europe and Asia for UNICEF and the OECD, in wellbeing economics, education innovation, and child protection.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from McGill University and a Master of Public Policy and International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
