Ol Jonatan Beun
Principal Advisor, Latin America & the Caribbean
OL (Jonatan) is a Principal Advisor at BIT Latin America and the Caribbean. Before joining BIT, he worked as a Behavioral Scientist at the World Bank’s Mind, Behavior and Development Unit (eMBeD), and he also served as Director for Capability Building and Innovation at the Federal Government of Argentina. From that position, he led a team to develop innovation capacities within the civil service and provided advisory to other government areas to tackle challenges using human-centered design and behavioral insights.
He graduated with distinction from the MSc in Behavioural and Economic Science at the University of Warwick. He is also a GCL Fellow from Georgetown University and holds a Masters in Finance and a Bachelor in Business Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
Ol is a Visiting Lecturer at several universities such as Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Universidad Católica de Argentina, and Universidad de San Andres. Finally, he is a Global Shapers (World Economic forum) member.
